Thank you for shopping with Beloud. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Pre-Order Policy

All products sold on our website are pre-order items unless otherwise stated.

This means:

  • The product is not immediately in stock.

  • Production begins after your order is placed.

  • Shipment may take up to 80 days from the date of purchase.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept this production timeline.

Orders cannot be canceled due to normal production time within the stated 40-day period.


2. Processing & Production Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

  • Production and preparation may take up to 80 days.

  • Shipping occurs once production is completed.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Finland.

Delays caused by high demand, supply chain issues, or force majeure events may extend processing times.


3. Shipping Time Estimates

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Finland: 2–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–14 business days

  • USA: 7–21 business days

  • Asia: 7–21 business days

These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery times.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing times, or events outside our control.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees.

  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs charges, return shipping fees and customs penalties may be deducted from any eligible refund.


6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost packages due to address errors

  • Additional shipping costs due to incorrect information

If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, reshipping costs must be paid by the customer.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

If your package is:

  • Lost

  • Stolen

  • Damaged in transit

Please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier where applicable, but we are not liable for carrier-related losses beyond what is recoverable from the shipping provider.


8. Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking details will be provided once the order has shipped.

Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may experience delays.


9. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs delays

  • Postal strikes

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Carrier service interruptions

Such delays do not entitle the customer to cancellation or compensation beyond mandatory legal rights.
